Andrew Streit
Andrew Streit leads financial analysis, project underwriting, and financial execution across the company’s real estate development portfolio. He oversees financial strategy throughout the development lifecycle. He brings a distinct ability to evaluate financial models in connection with real estate schemes and design, analyzing configurations, financing structures, and timelines to assess risk and inform strategy.
In addition to project-level finance, Andrew supports Mavrek’s internal financial management and reporting with the goal of aligning company resources and investment decisions to create sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Mavrek, Andrew held real estate financinal management roles at Walgreens and Walsh Construction. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and is a CFA charterholder.
