1000 W Jackson is a development project located in the up-and-coming West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. The current design for this project offers access to art and nature, sustainable features, 380 residential units, and 21,517 SF commercial space. Mavrek’s goal for 1000 W Jackson is to create a warm and welcoming area in the West Loop for cyclists, visitors, and residents to enojy local art, retail, and open space steps away from their front door.
