In January 2019 Mavrek purchased this fully occupied 6,000 square foot commercial building.
Following acquisition, Mavrek re-zoned the commercial property to mixed-use and renovated a dilapidated commercial suite into a one-bedroom apartment.
The building underwent several other improvements including new mechanicals, roofing, tuck-pointing and a commissioned mural by a local artist on the west facade.
