The Southport Lofts is an adaptive re-use of the old Maclee Scientific Plating Company timber loft building in the quickly evolving Lincoln Yards neighborhood of Chicago. The property underwent a total-renovation and was converted into 56 luxury apartments and 50,000 SF of office and retail space. The amenity space roof-deck has unobstructed views of downtown Chicago’s skyline.
