Alicia Frame is the senior operations and communications leader at Mavrek, where she has been a core member of the team since joining in 2021. Her role spans the full breadth of the firm, from investor relations and entity administration to marketing, people operations, and executive support. As one of Mavrek's most tenured employees, Alicia serves as both an operational backbone and a trusted face in the market.
Alicia brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to everything she does. She has played an integral role in Mavrek's growth, coordinating major closings, building and maintaining the firm's external brand, developing its people, and representing Mavrek across industry organizations including PWC, CREW, and ULI. Her work reflects a commitment to excellence, deep care for the people around her, and the ability to move seamlessly between the details and the bigger picture.
