Brian Bezanis
Brian brings a disciplined, team-first approach to every project he oversees. With over 25 years of experience in general contracting and multifamily development spanning luxury condominiums, apartments, and large-scale institutional projects, Brian has the depth to lead complex developments from the ground up. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University.
Prior to Mavrek, Brian served as VP of Development Services at Sterling Bay and VP of Construction at Smithfield Properties, where he guided multifamily projects through every phase of the design-build process, from entitlement and permitting through construction and closeout.
At Mavrek, Brian oversees overall project quality, keeping developments on schedule and within budget while building the high-performing teams that define the company's construction standard.
