Jared Larson
Jared Larson is a strategic and collaborative real estate executive with over 14 years of experience overseeing national portfolios and complex developments. He specializes in comprehensive asset and development management services throughout the entire real estate life cycle.
Most recently serving as Head of Asset Management at Sterling Bay, Jared oversaw a national mixed-use, multi-billion-dollar portfolio. He directed ground-up and adaptive-reuse projects and helped scale the firm from a single Chicago-based fund to four national funds. During his tenure, Jared led complex capital market transactions and negotiated over 1.5 million square feet of high-profile leases.
Prior to Sterling Bay, Jared served as a Real Estate Transaction Specialist at Ernst & Young.
Jared earned a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and a BBA in Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a State of Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
