Patrick Sheehan
Patrick works alongside the Finance, Development, and Construction teams underwriting projects, validating assumptions, managing budgets, tracking project lifecycles, and optimizing asset management and property operations. His responsibilities remain dynamic and flexible as our organization grows and expands.
Prior to joining Mavrek, Patrick worked on the Acquisitions Team at Coastal Ridge Real Estate, where he was responsible for the sourcing, financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, and closing/legal processes of prospective value-add, core, and core-plus multifamily acquisitions across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. Throughout his tenure, he worked on 7 deal closings, totaling over $380M in volume, and has personal underwriting exposure of over 200 transactions in excess of $12 billion. Prior to Coastal Ridge, he worked as a Summer Analyst with KeyBank’s Institutional Real Estate Capital Team. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Minor Certificate in History from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio)
