Peter Koch
Peter started Mavrek with the goal of transforming Chicago’s residential landscape. Peter’s keen focus on construction planning & design ensures each project’s successful execution. Peter has wide-ranging experience across Chicago’s residential landscape. While at Mavrek, Peter has built over 25 single family homes, 45 condominium units, 700 rental units and 25 commercial spaces collectively totaling over 900 thousand square feet. His careful selection of innovative construction materials protects design quality. Peter tirelessly manages the project lifecycle. His acute knowledge of project scheduling, long-term relationships with subcontractors and engaging management results in superior builds for Mavrek’s investors.
Prior to starting Mavrek, Peter worked as a project manager for Impressionist Homes and as superintendent at Pulte Homes in Chicago. Peter earned his Bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University.
