Taylor DeVos
Taylor DeVos serves as Head of Property Management at Mavrek, where he leads the development and execution of the firm’s in house property management platform. He oversees portfolio operations across residential and mixed-use assets, implementing scalable systems designed to protect asset value, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational performance.
Taylor previously served as Director of Operations at CA Ventures where he oversaw operational strategy and performance across a multi-asset scattered site portfolio. His experience spans lease-up execution, stabilized asset management, compliance, capital project coordination, and team leadership.
Outside of work, Taylor lives in Northbrook with his partner of eight years, Maggie Moffat, and their shih tzu, Bruce. In his spare time, he enjoys playing music and travelling.
